Follow Up- June 20

 Hey all! How is it going? How is life? It sounds like things are going great back home! HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    So this week has been awesome!!!!! My new companion, Elder Knight is so awesome! He is so great. We get a long so well. He actually reminds me a lot of Josh. We are having lots of fun, and have seen so many miracles already. Mom you asked if i was sad to see Elder Sorenson go...yes and no, we got a long really great, it is just nice to meet new people and stuff.  But Elder Knight is great, and guess what??? He loves bowling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We really have a lot of fun together and are getting along great. My allergies are still here but they aren't super horrible when i have medicine. Sister Macdonald told me to get this brand that is the knock off brand of Zyrtec. They have been working pretty well. Hakunah Matatah. =) The zone is doing well, we are seeing a lot of miracles, and people are doing great. Everyone is still kind of in the awkward get to know your companion stage, but i am positive that after this next week things will pick back up. It was nice me and Elder Knight really just skipped over the whole awkward stage, it was really cool.
   this week started out really stressful, Tuesday was probably the most stressful day i have had my entire mission. Elder Sorenson left that morning and then I had to go to the airport to help with the new missionaries coming in. There were like 22 that came in, everyone was just super tense. It was crazy. After we dropped them all off at the church I had to take the some stuff to the institute teachers house, which turned out to be the wrong house, and i Had three missionaries that were going home unexpectedly stay with us, ugh it was so stressful, i didn't get much sleep that night.
       Things are going great. We are working with a part member family that is pretty awesome and they all want to get baptized. We are also teaching a lady named marrianne who is super solid, the only problem with her is she has lots of health problems so we have a hard time meeting with her, but we text her a lot and i shared mosiah 24:13-14 on page 193 of the book of mormon and she loved it! The other investigator we have in named Joshua....he is a little nuts! But he is super funny to meet with. The first time we met with him he said "I hate to say this but i used to dabble in the arts of..." then he put his face in his hands, sighed and said "the enemy"  (he kind of has a high nasley voice) He is way dramatic about everything but he is hilarious. He is scheduled to be baptized on August 6th, but i am pretty sure that will move forward. So great.
       So last sunday I went to a baptism of a sister in our singles ward, it was the craziest baptism i have ever been to. So the lady is like 45 but goes to teh singles ward, because she lives right next to it. So she has lots of health issues and back problems, so they tried to baptized her and her back wouldnt allow it, so the guy performing the baptism told her se was going to have to go in forwards, so she was all like "ok" and she just dove in, and rolled around, and basically like swam laps in the font...when she got up she said "did it work??" and the guy had to explain that he needed to help her so she tried to go down again on her own and he was all no no i need to say the prayer. So long story short, it was an interesting baptism and really hard not ot laugh during it...
       Yesterday was a good sunday, we were out in the foyer waiting for Joshua to come, and a man in the branch presidency was there and he said "the stake president cant make it today, how would you feel about talking in church?" Me and elder knight looked at each other and we couldnt say no so we did it. When he asked us they were already half way done with the opening hymn. We had no time to prepare at all. I ended up talking about the love our heavenly father has for us. It wasnt too hard, but i can tell you one thing. It definitely wasnt that great...haha oh well.
