Hey everyone, how in the world are you doing!?!

There were some awesome miracles and things that happened this week, so i will tell you about them. This last friday we got to go down to eugene for zone leader council and we had some special guest there from the MTC. Two guys that are like head of departments or something, i dont really know how to describe them, but they taught about the doctrine of Christ using the missionary purpose which is to "invite others to come unto Christ by helping them recieve the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the holy ghost and enduring to the end" it was cool. they outlined that our whole purpose is to allow the people on the earth to exercise and use their agency, there are two parts that missionaries do and two things that investigators must do. ON the missionaries part we are to "invite' and "help, and investigators are to "Come" and "receive". they then went on to talk about how important it is to be an effective and master teacher. Boy i sure wish i could describe it to you because it was just wonderful.

THen president Young spoke about being our brothers keeper and the need to be so united with your companion. It was awesome, it is excatly what the zone i serve in needs to hear. He showed us a video about joseph, hyrum and alvin smith, it was way cool, I couldn't help but think about me and my brothers throughout it. =)

Another adventure from this week happened while we were tracting. Elder Nygren and I tracted in to a family where they werent very interested at first then a boy came around the corner and started talking to us. He said he had some friends at his school that were mormon and that they were really nice, well his mom kinda shouted to him from the other room and said "why is the door open" and he yelled back and said "I'm talking to my mormon friends!" and so she shouted "why?" and he said "because they have happy lives and i wanna hear what they have to say!" it was really cool and a definite miracle to see the great example that members can have in their friends lives. We are excited to start working with him. Also we are working with a family that is Hearing impared and so to show that we care about them we are learning the alphabet and such in sign language. I can also say i am a representative of Jesus Christ, and "do you want to be baptized" haha, how cool is that? one quick question, we have an investigator named bob, he is 84 years old and he says he doesnt feel like God listens or answers his prayers due to his past life, i was wondering if any of yo uhave some good scriptures or stories that would be able to help him. He is a great guy and does all he needs to do, but wont get baptized til he gets his answer (which is a good thing so he is converted) but he has already read the gospel principles book, the book of mormon, and jesus the christ haha, all in about a months time. Yikes!

THings are great here, Life is full of adventure and the rain has been great!!!!! I hope you are all doing well and that this email finds you happy healthy and doing well. I love yo uall so so much. Have a great week and be safe.
