  Howdy. Another week gone by and a lot to report,

     This week has been really really great. On Wednesday we went to a members home to teach a 15 year old girl named Emily who is friends with the member and she has come to church for the past month, It was an awesome lesson and she is super ready for the gospel, She wants to get baptized and so we are working on that, she is way funny, she reminds me a lot of Hannah, so it is fun to teach her. And since it is Christmas time we have been working with the ward on a special Christmas message that we have put together to share in members homes and have them invite a friend, family member, or neighbor over, and we have seen a lot of miracles happen from it. This was all brought by President Young, he is a spiritual man and definitely follows the promptings of the spirit to increase the trust of members and the work in the areas in which his missionaries serve. He has so much love for us all. What an incredible guy. 

       Thursday was an interesting day...haha, after district meeting i went with a missionary back to his area about 45 minutes away, and we went to a bus stop to wait for it, so we were talking to a lady about what we do and the bus came, unloaded people then drove off...so...we kinda sorta missed our bus. haha, but it was cool, because we were able to give the lady a book of mormon. Then we had to call a member to get us back to his area. It was an interesting exchange, one thing after another went wrong haha, it was totally crazy, but in the meantime my companion and the district leader were givingan interview to Desmond so he could be baptized, and....on Saturday he got baptized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was an a m a z i n g baptism, he was super excited and really ready, then yesterday he was confirmed and also after church the branch president interviewed him and he was given the priesthood! haha, yeah it was pretty awesome to be able to see all of that happen so quick. He is such a stud, that night he got home and texted us and said "it is nice to be home, and tell my aunt i am a Mormon and not even care what she said" his family has been giving him a little grief but he knows just what to do in those times, pray and read. You guys would like him, he is great.

       Yesterday was a really cool day, there were just lots of things that were simple reminders of the love our Father in Heaven has for us. It really is such a blessing to know that we can always turn to Him in our times of need, and especially in our times of no need, and the relationship He wants us to have wth Him. So we were tracting yesterday and i said a silent prayer in my head that we would be led, and i would feel prompted to knock on someones door who needed our help, so i looked up and saw a house and i was like "thats the one" so we knocked on it and guess what!!!! it was an older lady who had just moved into the house the day before, and her family is a family that is in our ward. She isthe grandma and is not a member, I was so grateful. What a miracle. then later that day we were planning and the famly we ate dinner with texted us and asked if their daughters scriptures were in our backpacks and they werent so we told them we would say a prayer for them and as soon as we got up from the prayer they texted us again and said "we found them thanks" haha, Prayer rocks.

        Daniel is going to be baptized this friday the 23rd, and he is super excited, we are excited for him, he has waited a long time for this, i feel so blessed to be part of this work. I hope you know that i know that this is the true church and our Savior Jesus Christ is at the head of it.
