   Well well well look what we have here....
     So you guys asked a few questions i guess i should have
explained a little better for ya, my apologies. Mom i did get
transferred to the roseburg zone, but it is on the outskirts of the
stake, in a ward called sutherlin. The area is huge, it actually
borders and area in the eugene zone, (which sorta gives you an idea of
how large it is) but it is great. Dad, the apartment is not too bad.
Lots better than it was haha, when we walked it that first night i
about had a heartattack. It was pretty nasty. over the next few days
we spent a little time cleaning it all up and i think we gathered
around 10 trash bags of stuff. On the stove there was a pan that had
oil in it probably from 50 years ago that was like an inch thick stuck
to the pan..haha dont worry we have cleaned it all up and now it is
nice and purrty and we can feel the spirit. =) we live in a little
apartment complex right behind some members in our ward. They are
great, and they even have a few friends of theirs that they are
working on sharing the gospel with so hooray!!!! You asked for me to
tell you a litle more about elder Barber, he is great, a really hard
worker ( it is nice to not have to worry about dragging him around) he
loves rodeoing, and is a team roper in most rodeos. He is pretty fun
and we get along really well. what other questions do you have about
him? I would love to answerthem.
miracle update:
    Last sunday after church Elder Barber and i were out tracting (we
were tracting the elders quorum presidents street jake thanks for the
idea) and we turned the corner and heard this clanking sound. there
were some guys out side hitting a hammer to some car parts working on
their car. and we were both super nervous to talk to them, it took us
out of our comfort zone a little..or a lot (i heard a quote by
president that said " we work very hard to be led, why dont we open
our mouth'' ) so that is what we did, and we ended up meeting a man
named troy, he told us to come back on monday night, so we did, and
his wife heather answered the door and said the kids werent feeling
too well but that if we came back the next night they would make us
dinner. Welll tuesday night came around and we stopped back by, THey
welcomed us in and made us tacos (they were incredible), while they
were cooking troy started asking us questions about what we do as
missionaries and what we did before our missions, and all sorts of
stuff. as we started eating he told us he didnt have too much of a
religious background but that it was something he really wanted for
his children, then he asked one of my favorite questions to answer
"what is it about your church that separates you from all of the other
churches that are christian?" It was so perfect, we answered that it
was authority, Which led perfectly to us teaching the restoration. It
was so powerful the spirit was so strong, and elder barber and i are
super excited to teach them this tuesday. They said they want to come
to church so we are gonna do a chappel tour with them. (if ya cant
tell i am super stoked about this family.)
    We went to eugene this week for a training meeting with president
Young, it was great. I love learning from him. he is so wonderful. We
started the meeting by reading out of doctrine and covenants section
50, "unto what were ye ordained? to preach the gospel.....by the
spirit, even the comforter" it hit me that the spirit carries the
message not only unto the hearts of those we talk to, but it is also
supposed to be a comfort to us, because as dad brought up in his
email, there are times when things dont always go the way we want them
to, or people want to bash with us, all sorts of different things, but
the holy ghost is there to comfort us as well. I dunno it was  a cool
little thought. It was great to be back in eugene for a short time. I
love that city. We even made a pit stop on the way home to voodoo
doughnuts. haha.
    Other than that, things are going really well. There will be more
to report and update yo uon next week, like a man we are working with
who loves geneology and told us that he likes it so much he wanted to
baptize his ancestors and join the church himself. haha we called him
for church the other day and he talked about family history for ten
minutes then said "well i will see you guys at church tomorrow" haha
we didnt even have to say anything
