Transfers

      First things first. I am getting transferred. I found out on like Friday, that i am getting transferred early (this Friday) because i am going like 9 hours north, over to the coast i am going to be seeing a lot of rain haha. So they are doing it at leadership training. And, even crazier, is that i am going to North bend...which is where Elder Nielsen (Mckay) is serving right now. And he has been for a shorter time than his companion...so the way its looking like is i might be his companion. haha that would be crazy!! So, let everyone know that i am getting transferred and not to send mail to Klamath.  Next item of missionary business is that i was reading the January Ensign the other day and i came to an article "Make yours a Great Life" let me just say it is fetching awesome!!!! It was something that i really really needed to hear. =) Also the other day we went to a dive taco shop (which is absolutely amazing and i want to take you there when we come back) that i have eaten at a couple times, but this time i decided to order something crazy so guess what i got...a beef cheek meat taco, yeah i pretty much ate cow cheek in a taco, and it was so so so good! haha.
           OK so enough of the silly stories and let me get on to the good stuff. Yesterday we had a baptism, of a young man named nik. I dont know if i told you about him. He came to church three weeks ago, and we had never met him before, he sat behind me in priesthood, so i felt the need to go talk to him and give him a Book of Mormon. well that night he called us and we set a date with him! well anyway, since i gave him the Book of Mormon he asked me to baptize him. He is really cool and really recognizes the change the gospel and the Atonement have had on his life. He has completely changed his life around. He is 19 has a 10 month old son, that he used to never see now he sees him all the time and spends more time with his mom and dad. So cool!
           ok the next thing is the coolest thing...EVER! So you know how i never sleep, yeah..not good. haha but the other night i woke up at 3:19 (i remember the time cuz i looked at the clock) and i was thinking about sister Erickson a recent convert and i felt strongly that i needed to call her. So i told myself i would remember it and call her the next day. So then i felt a prompting to to write it down so i said to myself "I'll remember i will write it down in the morning" but then i got a chastising prompting "if you really care about those you serve you will write this down:" so...i got up and wrote it down haha. So i called her the next day and she didn't answer her house phone so i called her cell, and she answered crying...her daughters have been giving her a lot of tribulation. It was just cool to me to see and know that i could have promptings at 3:30 in the morning haha. So amazing!!!! Well, that is really all that i have to report for now. Getting transferred, good food, and amazing experiences. so i will close with a wonderful scripture i found the other day D&C 50:40-41. I love how it conveys that we do need to rely on The Savior for all that we have and are. but he promises us that we can overcome everything. just like him. =) i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont get too caught up in life. have some fun. Consider those lillies in the field. =) love ya.
